No purchase or service is required to enter or win a prize, and a purchase will not improve the chances of winning. Promotion entries must be received by Triad Leasing by October 31st, 2024. To enter the Promotion, fill out an entry form at Triad Leasing in Lawrence, Ottawa, or Emporia, KS. Triad Leasing has participating TRIB Group member rent-to-own stores located within the 50 United States of America, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Unless otherwise noted under a related promotion, entrants must be at least 18 at entry (a "Participant").
Participation in this promotion constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to (i) these official rules ("Official Rules); (ii) all eligibility requirements; and (iii) the decisions of the TRIB Group, which are binding and final on matters related to this promotion. This promotion is subject to federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, and municipal laws and regulations. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The administrator will randomly select the potential entry period winner (the "Potential Winner") from all eligible entries received during each entry period on or around the designated drawing dates. TRIB’s board of directors will randomly select three potential winning store locations on November 5, 2024. At that time, TRIB will contact the winning member companies to formally inform them of their win.
The winning stores will then randomly select a winner from among their total entries. Each potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone, as determined by the administrator, within approximately five (5) days of the drawing dates.
If any potential winner (i) is found to be ineligible; (ii) does not respond via phone or email to the notification of their winnings; or (iii) declines the prize for any reason prior to the award, that potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
ONE (1) $10,000 PRIZE will be awarded during this Promotion. Should additional promotion-related funds over the initial $10,000 amount become available through the success and popularity of the entry registrations, an additional prize MAY be awarded, but is not guaranteed. The prize will be awarded in the form of a check issued from TRIB Group. All federal, state, provincial, and local tax (as applicable) and other tax liabilities (including income and withholding taxes) arising from Prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner.

By accepting a prize, the winning member and their subsequent prize winner consents to the use of his or her name, city and state of residence, photograph, visual and or audio likeness for advertising or promotional purposes by TRIB Group, and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of the prize winner's name on the TRIB Group website(s), in a winners list or other online announcements, without additional compensation, permission or notification except where prohibited by law.
TRIB requires a copy of each winner's license and full legal name to prepare the check, which will be payable directly to the winner. Additionally, a generic photo release form must be submitted.
The winner is responsible for any taxes or related obligations. The winning member company must send unbranded photos of the winner to the TRIB office. These photos will be shared with all participating member stores and may be used by other members to highlight “a winner” from their promotion efforts. Winning stores are allowed to brand and share photos online, in-store, and in other marketing or promotional materials.
Participants, or their parents or legal guardians if they are minors, agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the released parties from any claims, actions, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that may arise directly or indirectly from participating in this promotion or any related activities. This includes any potential issues stemming from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss, or misdirection of any prize awarded.
This promotion is governed by U.S. law. To receive a list of winners, please mail a written request to Triad Leasing at 2204 Haskell Ave., P.O. Box 3798, Lawrence, KS. This promotion is sponsored by TRIB Group. Each participating member store location also contributes as a minor sponsor for the additional funds needed for the prizes. All proceeds from the registration fees are used to fund these additional cash prizes.
